Steve our laboratory manager has been with us for over 15 years.  He is the heart of our office, the one all of us turn to when we have a need. In addition to making all of the glasses we dispense, he brings a devotion to excellence that is only exceeded by his love of people.   Karen is in charge of our communications.  She has been with the office since 1991.  She knows many of you by your name or face. Hers is the voice you will most likely hear when it’s time for your next eye examination.

Erin in many ways runs the office.  She has been with us since 1995.  She truly is our problem solver. There is nothing about the office, the insurance, billing, contact lenses and even glasses she does not know.  Along with Jackie, she is the friendly face who will greet you when you enter the office. Ashlee has been with the office since 1999.  She came to us as a student right out of school and now manages the contact lens department. She is also the surgical coordinator for all Lasik patients.  If you need a contact lens, Lasik evaluation or just a friendly smile, she can happily provide them all.

Jackie is the smiling face that greets at the front desk.  Jackie has been with us since 2003.  She is usually the one you hear when you call the office and first person you encounter when you enter the office. Candice can do just about any task you give her.  She has been with us since 2002.  She is our head technician and can usually be found training new office staff or beside the doctor, assisting in an examination.  She is capable of handling just about any task, including solving a contact lens problem, or helping you with an order.

Laura, Brandi, and Judy have all been with us since high school. All three are currently in college and work whenever their classes permit.  They are all exceptional students that pitch in where ever they are needed. Laura is planning a career in Optometry and is exploring optometry schools at this time.  We are proud of all of them and appreciate their loyalty to the practice. Sis is new to the front desk and comes to us having worked in sales for the Disney Corporation.
