About OpticOne

Dr. Joseph Reda founded this practice in his home in 1972. The practice grew and was relocated into the Cumberland Farms shopping center 10 years later. In 1987 Dr. Reda purchased the present location. It was an old Phillips 66 gas station which many of you may still remember. It took about 1 year to tear the old building down and build the present home of Optic-One. The goal was to build an office and optical that would evolve with the profession. Our goals have certainly been met as our office was then and is today, the premiere family eye care practice in South Jersey as acknowledged by the readers of the Burlington County Times year after year. Dr Reda has 3 daughters and 3 grand children (and two more on the way) living in South Jersey. He and his wife Lorraine make their home in Delanco, NJ.

Dr. Alan Bacho joined the practice in 1988. His knowledge and expertise have allowed the practice to grow and expand into areas of eye care beyond that of a normal practice. Optic-One is the acknowledged leader in the area in fields such as Contact Lenses, Lasik, Cataract care, Glaucoma care and Children’s eye care. Dr. Bacho, his wife Anne and their four children make their home in Cinnaminson, NJ.
